We offer teacher or trip-sponsor lead, educational group tours across North America and Internationally. Our tours are crafted to complement curriculum and engage student interests.

Chaperoned student and youth groups - K through 12. Though predominantly middle/junior/high school aged with a specific group focus such as language, social studies, performance, sports etc.

We are very experienced - and able to craft fantastic travel experiences. Having said this, we often craft in collaboration with organizers to align with their specific objectives and desired outcomes.
General Tour Information

Tours are “all inclusive” including transportation, accommodations, meals, activities, entrance fees, tour guides etc. Specific inclusions vary depending upon what is agreed to and contracted. All tours may be ‘built’ based on your needs.
Trip Cancellation/Interruption and medical insurance is available upon request and is highly recommended.

We offer installment payment plans and accept various payment methods to make travel more accessible for families. Though payment methods, registration, and sign-up must leverage the portal provided.

Refund policies vary depending on the tour package chosen (ex. air + ground vs ground only) and timing of cancellation. Optional refund protection and travel insurance options are available for additional cost.

Student safety is our top priority. We follow strict safety protocols, craft considered and responsible itineraries, provide 24/7 emergency support, use vetted vendors, ensure appropriate student-to-chaperone ratios, background check our tour leaders and more.

Students are accompanied by their teachers, group leaders, and professional tour directors trained in student safety and group management.

We provide 24/7 emergency assistance and work with our on-tour staff, the organizers and chaperons, local medical providers and of course parents and family. All travelers are encouraged to have medical insurance coverage.

Ideally, tours should be planned 8-12 months in advance to secure availability, best pricing, and to allow time for fundraising and preparation. Less costly trips may take less time and more costly trips may take more time.

Absolutely. We work closely with educators to tailor the itinerary, pace, and educational content to suit their group’s learning objectives.

Yes. Though fundraising requires commitment and buy- in. We can provide resources and contacts however it always boils down to enthused local participation.
