2:00 PM – Arrive in sunny Florida! Meet your tour leader and hop aboard your private coach.
3:00 PM – Check in at the hotel, stretch out, and maybe dip into the pool.
5:00 PM – Group welcome, icebreakers, and Disney trivia fun to kick things off.
6:30 PM – Dinner at Disney Springs – from tacos to teriyaki, choose your flavor adventure.
8:00 PM – Explore Disney Springs: live music, souvenir stops, and sweet treats (don’t miss the giant LEGO dragon!).
9:30 PM – Return to hotel and lights out – the magic begins tomorrow.
🗓️ DAY 2 – Magic Kingdom & EPCOT
7:30 AM – Hotel breakfast with your tour leader.
8:15 AM – Depart for the Magic Kingdom – where dreams really do come true.
9:00 AM–3:30 PM – Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise, and more iconic fun.
12:00 PM – Free time for lunch in-park (suggestions: Pecos Bill’s, Sleepy Hollow, Cosmic Ray’s).
4:00 PM – Park hop to EPCOT to travel the world in one evening.
6:00 PM – Dinner at Sunshine Seasons or another student-friendly venue.
7:30 PM – Watch EPCOT’s nighttime spectacular – a dazzling fusion of fireworks, fountains, and music.
9:00 PM – Return to hotel and rest up for more adventure
🗓️ DAY 3 – Animal Kingdom & Hollywood Studios
7:00 AM – Breakfast at hotel.
8:00 AM – Depart for Animal Kingdom – a wild mix of thrill and nature.
8:30 AM–12:30 PM – Fly a banshee in Pandora, brave Everest, and spot giraffes on safari.
12:30 PM – Free time for lunch (try Satu’li Canteen or Flame Tree BBQ).
1:30 PM – Park hop to Hollywood Studios – Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Toy Story Land & more.
6:00 PM – Dinner at Backlot Express or ABC Commissary.
7:30 PM – Evening group challenge: selfie scavenger hunt, trivia, or ride photo contest.
9:00 PM – Back to hotel for poolside hangout or quiet chill time.
🗓️ DAY 4 – Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure
7:30 AM – Breakfast with your tour leader.
8:15 AM – Depart for Universal Orlando Resort with Park-to-Park access.
9:00 AM–6:00 PM – Live the movies:
Stroll Diagon Alley, cast spells, and ride Gringotts
Take the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade
Ride Hagrid’s Motorbike Adventure and VelociCoaster
Go wild on The Mummy, Spider-Man, and Jurassic Park
12:30 PM – Free time for lunch in-park (tons of great student-friendly options).
6:15 PM – Head to CityWalk for dinner – Hard Rock Café, Margaritaville, or similar.
8:00 PM – Celebrate your last full night with music, neon lights, and sweet treats.
9:00 PM – Return to hotel for closing circle, highlights recap, and group photo swap.
🗓️ DAY 5 – Paddleboat Send-Off & Farewell
7:30 AM – Final breakfast with your tour leader.
8:15 AM – Check out and load luggage onto the coach.
9:00 AM–11:00 AM – Scenic Paddleboat Cruise on Lake Dora – soak up the sunshine as you glide past cypress trees and Spanish moss on this classic Florida waterway. A quiet, charming moment to reflect on the whirlwind week.
12:00 PM – Depart for home with new friends, epic stories, and a little theme park sparkle in your step.
